TRWRA begins implementation of employee ideas for cost saving and efficiencies
To further an ongoing initiative to provide the most efficient and effective water reclamation possible, the Board of the Authority requested that every employee contribute at least one idea to improve efficiency or effectiveness in the Authority’s operation. Every one of the 39 employees provided ideas, resulting in over 100 unique and innovative ideas. Many of the ideas have since been implemented and will result in decreased operation costs and reduce the budget for 2010.
